Overview
FootingBooks does real double-entry bookkeeping in your browser: invoices, bills, bank imports, reconciliations, financial statements, and quarterly tax estimates.
FootingBooks grew out of Arun's accounting background. Most simple money apps keep a list. FootingBooks keeps a real ledger, where every transaction has a matching debit and credit, so the books actually balance and an accountant can trust the export.
It runs entirely in the browser with no account, and your books are saved on your own computer.
